This applies to All Bedding Experts “ The Vault” drawings.

1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN :
giveaway, drawing, are generally sponsored by the The Bedding Experts Inc. (together with its divisions, affiliates, officers, subsidiaries, agents and employees, "The Bedding Experts"), along with various other parties which may provide prize materials or other items to the drawing, collectively referred to as "Sponsors" or "Providers"which may include The Bedding Experts. The Bedding Experts initiates and maintains an ongoing drawing schedule and posts entry areas during the period for which entry is available (the "Entry Period") for each Sweepstakes. No purchase is necessary to enter the drawing, call 1866-395-5511 during normal business hours. Obtain a password that can be entered into the vault to enter into the drawing. Or enter your receipt number to the vault drawing page to enter.

There are a total of 11 trips available in the drawing. The drawing will begin Monday September 10, 2007 and will end Friday August 29, 2008.

Methods of Entering the Drawing: To enter any online, visit the vault page during the Entry Period. Or call 1866-395-5511 for a free entry password. Name , address phone and email address are required. The deadline for entry as chosen by The bedding Experts, in its sole discretion and as may be amended and may be but is not required to be posted, is final.

2. Drawing Eligibility:

This drawing is open to any individual who is as of the beginning of the Entry Period, a legal resident of one of the 50 United States or DC (the "Eligibility Area"), 18 years of age or older at the date of entry. Employees, officers, directors and agents, their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouses) and household members regardless of where they live, or members of the same households (whether related or not)) of the drawing Sponsors or of any entity providing prizing or promotion for the Sweepstakes, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or to win any prize. VOID OUTSIDE OF THE ELIGIBILITY AREA AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

3. ODDS OF WINNING:

   Grand Prizes and any other available prizes are as noted on each Sweepstakes and the odds of winning will be dependent on the prizes available for each Sweepstakes and the number of entries for each. 4. PRIZE DRAWING: Winners will be selected randomly from all entries received that are otherwise eligible. Winners will be selected at random inside the Entry Period. .The entry period is as follows There are a total of 11 trips available in the drawing. The drawing will begin Monday September 10, 2007 and will end Friday August 29, 2008. The winners will be contacted by e-mail, mail and/or telephone. Failure of any winner to respond within five (5) business days from such notification referred to above may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate potential winner. An alternate potential winner will be selected in the event that a prize cannot be awarded to the potential winner previously selected. In the event of non-compliance, an alternate potential winner may be selected.

4. TAXES ARE TO BR PAID BY POTENTAIL DRAWING WINNER

All taxes (including without limitation Federal, state and local taxes) in connection with the Grand Prize, and the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winners. Potential Grand Prize winner (his/her parent/legal guardian if he/she is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) may be required to sign, execute, have notarized, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, (where legal) a Publicity Release and any other documentation that Sponsors require (collectively "Affidavit/Release") within five (5) days after receipt by potential Grand Prize winner or such potential Grand Prize winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential Grand Prize winner may be selected." Guest (his/her parent/legal guardian if he/she is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor) may be required to sign, execute, have notarized, and return a Liability Release, a Publicity Release and any other documentation that Sponsor requires within five (5) days after receipt by potential winner. You are not a winner until your submissions are validated. Each trip requires potential prize winner to pay ALL Taxes associated with said trip.


By entering this DRAWING, unless prohibited by law or Sponsors' privacy policies, the potential Grand Prize winner consent to use of his/her respective name, voice, photograph and/or likeness for advertising or publicity purposes for this and similar promotions without compensation, and the potential Grand Prize winner and Guest may be required to provide a signed release acknowledging such consent. Moreover, by entering this drawing, unless prohibited by law, the potential Grand Prize winners agrees to grant to the Sponsors, and their respective licensees, affiliates, and assigns, the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including without limitation the World Wide Web, at any time or times, the prize winners' respective name, likeness (actual or simulated), voice (actual or simulated), and biographical information as news or information and for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration; and further without such additional compensation, appear for, or provide biographical information for use in, any presentation or other activity which may include filming/audio/video/electronic or other recordings and/or interviews, as may be determined from time to time by Sponsors in their sole discretion.

5. CONDUCT: THE OFFICIAL RULES WILL BE POSTED AT

(AS MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME). BY ENTERING AND PARTICIPATING IN THIS drawing, ENTRANTS (A) FULLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND BY ALL DECISIONS OF THE DRAWING PROVIDERS (WHOSE DECISIONS SHALL BE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL RESPECTS), INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DECISIONS REGARDING ELIGIBILITY, WINNERS AND THE INTERPRETATION OF TERMS USED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES; AND (B) REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED BY ENTRANT IN CONNECTION WITH THE DRAWING IS TRUE, ACCURATE AND COMPLETE. THE DRAWING PROVIDERS RESERVE THE RIGHT, AT ANY TIME AND AT THEIR SOLE DISCRETION, TO DISQUALIFY AND/OR DEEM INELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS DRAWING OR ANY FUTURE SWEEPSTAKES OR OTHER PROMOTIONS OF THE DRAWING PROVIDERS, ANY INDIVIDUAL IT SUSPECTS: TO BE TAMPERING WITH THE ENTRY PROCESS OR THE OPERATION OF THE DRAWING TO BE ACTING IN VIOLATION OF THE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE DRAWING SITE'S TERMS OF SERVICE, PRIVACY POLICY OR OTHER TERMS, CONDITIONS OR GUIDELINES; TO BE ACTING IN BAD FAITH OR IN A DISRUPTIVE MANNER, OR WITH THE INTENT TO ANNOY, ABUSE, THREATEN OR HARASS ANY OTHER PERSON; TO HAVE FAILED TO AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES; OR TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY INTERNET SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE DRAWING IS A VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES AS WELL AS CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SPONSORS BELIEVE OR BECOME AWARE THAT SUCH AN ATTEMPT HAS BEEN, IS BEING, OR WILL BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY RESPONSIBLE ENTRANT(S) AND OTHER RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUAL(S) IN THE ATTEMPTED DAMAGE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

6. RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION

   BY ENTERING THE DRAWING, ENTRANTS RELEASE AND HOLD THE SWEEPSTAKES PROVIDERS HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, RIGHTS, CLAIMS, AND ACTIONS OF ANY KIND ARISING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY DRAWING-RELATED ACTIVITY (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE REMOVAL FROM THE SITE OF, OR DISCONTINUATION OF ACCESS TO, ANY MATERIALS), OR RESULTING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE AWARDED IN CONNECTION WITH THE DRAWING, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, AS WELL AS CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY.

7. CONDITIONS, DISCLAIMERS, AND LICENSE

By entering the drawing, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of Sponsors (whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the drawings.), irregular in any way, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. The Drawing Providers make no warranties, and hereby disclaim any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished or made available in connection with the drawing. Although Sponsors attempt to ensure the integrity of the drawing, the drawing Providers are not responsible for the actions of entrants or other individuals in connection with the drawing, including entrants' or other individuals' attempts to circumvent the Official Rules or otherwise interfere with the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the drawing. The drawing Providers are not responsible for injury or damage to entrant's or to any other person's computer(s), other equipment, or person(s), related to or resulting from participation in the drawing or downloading materials from or using the bedding experts Site. If, for any reason, the drawing is not capable of running as planned by reason of damage by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical limitations or failures, strikes, industry conditions, bankruptcy or liquidation, marketplace demands, applicable law, unforeseen obstacles, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsors, could corrupt, compromise, undermine, or otherwise affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, viability, or proper conduct of the drawing, Sponsors reserve the right in their sole and absolute discretion to modify these Official Rules and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend all or any part of the drawing, and to select a winner from among all eligible entries received up to (or after, if applicable) the time of such cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension, as applicable. Proof of submitting entry will not be deemed receipt of such entry by the Sponsors
